Fruit & Nut Co. is a Canadian specialty food manufacturer working across chocolate, nuts, nut-based spreads, dried fruits and specialty snack products.
Along with producing our own range, we work with retailers, cafés, restaurants, distributors and other brands on wholesale, private label and custom manufacturing projects.
Chocolate Manufacturing
We produce a range of chocolate products including:

Custom formulations may also be available for larger projects.
Dried Fruit
We work with a range of dried fruits and citrus for retail, foodservice and specialty applications.
Capabilities include individual dried fruits, dried citrus, fruit blends, chocolate-covered fruit and custom packing.
Product Development
Not every project starts with a finished recipe.
If you have an idea for a chocolate, spread, roasted nut or specialty food product, we can work with you to determine the right flavour, format, size and production approach.
For custom projects, samples can be developed for review before moving into production.
Private Label
Businesses can start with one of our existing products and sell it under their own brand, or work with us on something more customized.
