Shipping Policy

Where do you ship to?

Currently we ship all across Canada in the following provinces; Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Quebec and Saskatchewan. 

We now ship to the United States. See below for the standard rates.

Fruit and Nut Co. will not be held responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages. Fruit and Nut Co. will not be held responsible for any delayed shipping once your item has been dispatched. Fruit and Nut Co. will not be held responsible for any additional custom, import fees or tax charges that may be charged on your destination end.

Local Delivery

We cover large regions of Simcoe County and the GTA with local delivery. This allows us to maintain quality, keep shipping costs low and offer shorter delivery times. For all local deliveries you can expect your package to arrive within 1-3 business days, however depending on location and time of order its possible you can receive your package on the same day.

- Orders less then $49 = Flat shipping fee of $8.99

- Orders of $49 or more = Free Shipping

What if I am not in the Local Delivery Zone?

For all of our customers outside of local delivery zones we ship with Canada Post and offer multiple shipping options at checkout depending on urgency (free delivery does not apply for regions outside of local delivery radius). Most packages will have a processing time of 1-3 business days depending on order volume, then for delivery via third-party carrier can take approximately 3-8 business days depending on the location & shipping method selected. However we can not guarantee this as third-party carrier's may also face delays. 

United States Shipping

- Orders less then $150 = Flat shipping fee of $19.99 USD

- Orders of $150 or more = Flat shipping fee of $9.99 USD

How can I pay?

For web orders we accept: Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and American Express.

Incorrect address/package return:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout as are not liable for mistakes for package being sent to wrong address or sent back to sender. Any additional shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
