If you don’t currently enjoy snacking on almonds, our favorite way to eat them is raw out of the bag—but try roasting them at 350°F for 10 minutes to bring out their nutty flavour. And if you can take them home without eating all of them at once, sprinkle some roasted almonds on top of yogurt or your morning smoothie for a nutritious kickstart.
